◆Hirosaki Neputa festival Hirosaki Neputa festival is held in the middle of summer, and this is one of the best things to see it in TSUGARU. There are over 60 decorated DASHI (float) which is drawings about Chinese Historical story such as “Records of the Three Kingdoms” or “Water Margin” appear in the streets and move through in the city with “YAYA-DO” call. ◆Hirosaki Castle Chrysanthemum and Autumn Foliage Festival There are 1000 of maple trees and 2600 of cherry blossoms are giving beautiful autumn colors in Hirosaki Park.
